Quentin Gallivan

CEO

Quentin has more than 20 years of leadership in the hi-tech industry, and has held a variety of senior executive positions with market leading companies such as Postini, VeriSign, Netscape and the General Electric Company. Under Quentin’s leadership, Postini became the market leader in secure messaging and compliance solutions delivered on-demand and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Postini reached large operational scale with over 35,000 customers, over 10 million users in 25 countries. Postini became highly profitable with a diversified customer base and strong customer renewal rates and was sold to Google for $625M in September of 2007. Prior to Postini, Mr. Gallivan spent eight years at VeriSign as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field operations. Mr.Gallivan played an instrumental role in growing the company from less than $20M in revenues in 1997 to over $1.2 Billion in revenues in 2005. Prior to VeriSign, Mr. Gallivan was Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific & Latin America for Netscape Communications. Additionally Mr. Gallivan spent twelve years with the General Electric Company. Including key executive roles as Vice President Asia Pacific for a GE business unit based in Hong Kong and Vice President Americas for a GE business unit based in Maryland.

Ching Wan

Founder, CTO

Before founding PivotLink in 1998, Ching was a senior technical architect at Cambridge Technology Partners, specializing in data warehouse practices. Ching also worked at several startup companies in the Los Angeles area. He led a number of pioneering software development projects, including an object oriented database management system, a graphical spreadsheet application, and warehouse management systems. Ching earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tsinghua University in China and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Southern California.

Jeff deCillia

CFO

Prior to assuming his role at PivotLink, Jeff was a consultant and advisor to a number of early stage Software-as-a-Service and enterprise software technology companies. Jeff was also CFO at Captaris Inc. (CAPA), a $100-million, 500-employee global leader in communications software technology. During his tenure, the company completed significant M&A transactions, successfully returned to profitability and achieved a fivefold increase in its stock price. Prior to Captaris, he was the CFO at Cartia Inc., a venture-backed startup specializing in enterprise information mapping that was sold to Amazon. Jeff also spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington.

Greg Brown

Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development

Greg has more than 15 years' experience in the high tech industry. For the past eight years, he held various executive level positions at WebEx Communications, the leader in on-demand collaborative applications. Most recently he was responsible for sales and alliances in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he grew the business from $13 million in revenue to over $40 million. Prior to WebEx, Greg was vice president of sales for Pulse Technologies, where he was responsible for the successful development, launch, and execution of the company's sales program. Greg earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from California Polytechnic State University.

Frank Fulton

Senior Vice President of Operations & Services

Frank brings a proven track record of increasing revenue, quality, and speed of product delivery to PivotLink. Prior to joining PivotLink, he was vice president of operations at Klir, where he was responsible for managing client services and technical operations. Before Klir, Frank served as vice president of operations at MessageGate, where he led customer operations and engineering teams responsible for the first compliance platform release, and increased enterprise anti-spam product effectiveness to an industry-leading 99.99%. Frank also served as chief operating officer at N2H2, a publicly traded Internet categorization and filtering company.
