PivotLink Support

PivotLink uses SaaS best practices and commercially reasonable efforts to deliver with at least a 99.9% monthly level of uptime, excluding regularly scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. PivotLink performs regularly scheduled maintenance on PivotLink from time to time during maintenance windows, and during scheduled maintenance periods PivotLink may not be available. PivotLink will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least three (3) days notice of scheduled maintenance to your PivotLink Administrators.
